Matthew's EAGLE project

Matthew Harrington planned and executed an excellent service project for Haycock Elementary School.

The courtyard in the middle of the school is a great place for teachers to bring classes for a change of pace. Matthew improved the courtyard by creating a mulched area with 6 sturdy benches and hangers for bird feeders.

Matthew came up with the design for the benches, built one in advance, and led the boys in the construction of the other five. The Scouts painted the benches in Haycock colors: blue and white.
