Philip Mackey helps out the Fisher house

Nine adults and more than 20 scouts helped Philip with his Eagle project this past Sunday (Nov. 15, 2015).

The plan was to build some mobile flower beds for the front area of the Fisher House on the grounds of Fort Belvoir. It was a beautiful day and we were working for a worthy cause, no better way to spend a November Sunday.
