Overall Run hike

Was a tad bit chilly on this hike. Starting temp was 14 and it peaked at a balmy 21!

12 brave scouts and 5 scouters got out and enjoyed a beautiful day in the snowy woods. The brilliant blue skies, the views from the top, the frozen waterfalls and some amazing ice structures in the streams made this hike a treat.

Sure it was cold, but we don't just go for it and see what happens. Prior to trips like this we are planning thoroughly to make sure we, the adult leaders, understand exactly what the situation is and what could possibly go wrong so the guys come home and have a great story to tell their classmates at school.
